The Greater Pentecostal Temple (GPT) Dance Ministry is excited to have the opportunity to host our first annual dance workshop. Our theme, “When We Praise” is based on, Isaiah 61:10, “I will sing for joy in God, explode in praise from deep in my soul.” We are expecting an explosion of praise through step, mime and liturgical dance.
Praise dance has become an intricate part of our worship service at GPT. The ministry of dance is delivered right before the Word of God. The dance ministry at GPT is comprised of over 60 members, consisting of four groups, plus our Praise and Worship Dancers. In addition, our Children’s Church has over 25 dance worshipers.
This workshop has been designed to take the art and ministry of praise dancing to a new level. As we continue to glorify God we seek to reach new and higher dimensions of praise through dance and mime.
